Dare Vacuum-Formed Pilots
Most Dare pilot figures
come as two parts, a front shell and back shell. Some pilots, such as a
few of the jet jockey's come as three-piece kits. The main body and a
two-piece head. The head can be installed in any rotating position that
suits your model. We don't assign a "scale" to our pilots as this has
caused some confusion in the past. Therefore, we give you the dimensions
of each one, allowing you to better determine which pilot will best fit
your model. All pilots are vacuum-formed and need to be assembled and
painted to suit your particular application.
We are constantly adding
new pilots to our inventory, so please keep checking back. If you don't
see the pilot that suits your needs, please email us and we'll see if
it's possible to add your new suggestion to our flight crews.

Sparks comes yet another outstanding addition to the Dare vacuum-formed
parts inventory. This set consists of 6 - three dimensional flight
crew members that Sparky designed for a B-17 model. They can be used for
many WW-II applications though.
Each crew member measures about 2" high x 1 3/8"
wide x 1 1/8" front-to-back. Each figure consists of a front
half and a back half. They are simply cut out, glued together
and painted as in the pictures shown here. Each one is very
highly detailed. Assemble/painting instructions included. |
